Had some take out pasta there it was very very good.

Great tasting Pizza! Wonderful service and environment. Adult and children friendly.

We do enjoy the food but I find we are always missing things in our take out order and now delivery. Just before the virus I was missing the grilled chicken on my large greek salad which I paid for. We just ordered delivery which we are so happy has finally happened. We ordered hours in advance it to be here at 6 it arrived 6:20. Thats fine.. I did however notice we had no option to add a tip when paying via credit card. Because of social distancing I didn't think I should hand him cash. Please add a tip option on the new site.The food was good however we were missing tzatziki for my husbands souvlaki and no plum sauce for my sons chicken fingers. Its not a huge deal but this is twice in a row so I think double checking orders is a must to improve. We like supporting local businesses so I do recommend the pizza factory.

From the moment you enter that place the waiters give you an enjoyable feeling. Very congenial hosts, it is a happy restaurant to hang out with your friends or with your date. enjoyable meals, specialist chef de cuisine, decent cost and courteous service. Warmly recommended.

I just ordered a pizza and lasagna from here and it was not good. The lasagna smells weird and taste terrible, I took one bite and it taste like it was freezer burnt, I hope it won't make us sick. The pizza is not cooked all of the way through either, the bottom is doughy and raw in the middle. Such a disappointment because I really wanted to like this place.

Very friendly staff, good food at decent prices. Atmosphere is very traditional Italian, great for family occasions.

This place is amazing. The staff is great and the owner Peter is a great host. The food is excellent. Definitely the best pizza I've ever had . This place is a must to go to if you're ever in the area

Been going for 50 years, I wish Peter would bring back my favorite lasgna pizza.

Nice small family style restaurant. Ordered a meatball pizza and some spaghetti. It's pretty average. I felt the meatballs were store bought or even from froze, minimal flavour. Pizza wasn't too exciting either. Basically, tasted like frozen pizza dough, that they tried to dress up nicely with good toppings. Sad.I really wanted to like the place, but it also took our food to arrive after 55 minutes of waiting. The restaurant was barely 50% filled. Cook shortage? Oh well. Good prices, good servers, meh cooks, meh food. Cant say I would reccomend this place to anyone.

Thank you so much to Peter and Anna for the fantastic food and service tonight. Dinner was awesome as usual and such a nice break from cooking after so many weeks of lockdown. We satisfied our desire for fantastic caesar salad and look forward to a time when we can dine in the restaurant again and enjoy the atmosphere and wonderful staff. Al and Wendy.

The food is very tasty the portions are incredibly large. The only thing I don't truly love is what they call their famous caesar salad it's incredibly garlicky there's just way too much garlic for me and I love garlic. Go hungry you will not be disappointed

Awesome pizza, appetizers and thank you to owner (whom is a friend of my partner in crime), aperitifs as well. Friendly staff/owners, warm environment in this family owned and run restaurant. Authentic home created recipes. You won't be disappointed.

We booked ahead for our out of town soccer team. Arrived after 9pm for supper. Wait staff were friendly and organized. Had a bit of a wait but the ravioli was delicious. My daughter liked her pizza. Atmosphere is quirky. My brother recommended we go here and he's a local. I would return if again if visiting Peterborough.

Such delicious food. Eat the cesear salad, don't let anyone shame you for the garlic breath afterwards.

It was barely ok. My grandson's meal was not very good. He ordered the kids pizza meal. There was just 5 pepperonis on a pepperoni pizza and the cheese was barely melted and he almost choked on the cheese. His fries were the only thing good about his meal. By the time he got his food he was almost passed eating anything. I think when there is large party you could make sure that the kids meals come out first.

The food was underwhelming to say the least. Hubby and I got the daily specials- chicken roma and 4 cheese baked tortellini. My pasta tasted storebought, and the chicken tasted like it was from frozen.The service and atmosphere was nice, but the food was very disappointing.

This restaurant is a Peterborough landmark, under the same local ownership for as long as I remember. The place is warm and inviting with the Greek theme. The food is delicious and fresh at reasonable prices. We'll be back.

Really amazing caesar salad dressing. Extra garlicky! I had veg cannelloni and it was pretty good. Super huge portions.

Soup tasted like it came from a can. Same with the Alfredo sauce on the noodles. I understand they market things to stores but in a restaurant you pay for fresh not heated up canned food. Come on, if I wanted heat n eat I would stay home. Independent had heat n eat that tastes better. Extremely disappointed a family restaurant served that kind of food. I knew family restaurants where the food was cheap but tasty. Not that tasty at the pizza factory. I will not visit again.

Two stars for the great waitress. Hands down the worst pasta I've ever had in my life. We paid $118 for a family of five and the spaghetti was watery with over cooked noodles. Meatballs were from a box. My 9 year old didn't finish his spaghetti which has never happened in his short life. The panzorotti was super gross. Husband didn't finish it, said it was deep fried dough not cooked all the way through then slathered in their watery house sauce. Told the kids to get a good look because we're never going back.

This is our second time going and we have not been disappointed yet. This time we had the Rolls Royce pizza, which has an alfredo sauce base, the cheesy garlic bread and the ceasar salad - all were delicious! We had the same server as we did the previous visit and both times we were pleased with the service - he is welcoming, friendly and attentive. Needless to say we highly recommend you try this place out!!!

My roommate gifted us a pizza from here like 2 hours after he bought it and eating cold tasted better than any pizza I've had hot.

I don't get the good reviews. I'm assuming people rate this place more based on the experience than on the food itself? I don't understand it, we decided to try this place because of the good reviews and yet I thought their pizza was disgusting. It is the most greasy, rubbery pizza I've ever had. After 1 slice I felt sick. Never again.

Best Caesar Salad I've ever had. Period. Peter's recipe is simply glorious.Otherwise, the food is great and has good value. Service is very prompt and friendly, but it can get busy in here. A staple for Peterborough and a must try for every visitor.

Peter and his staff are great. They treat each customer like family. Food is great and portions are large. They support so many in the community. It's great to be able to support those who do so much for others.

I am very selective about pizza restaurants because we come from a family pizza business. This is by far the best pizza I've had and you can tell they use top notch ingredients. The cheese and sauce blend is perfect and the dough can't be beat.

We had a family dinner here. The staff was accommodating of the toddler in our party and had things to entertain him. The food was good. Our party had pizza, pasta and Caesar salad. I had been craving spaghetti and theirs hit the spot. Their famous Ceasar salad has a kick from the amount of garlic. We didn't have dessert but the cake fridge looked delicious.There is ample parking for guests.

If you live in or visit peterborough the pizza factory is a must stop. The service and staff are always amazing and the food and portions are amazing. Thanks again guys for being a part of my life for the last 25 years

Dined here a few weeks ago for the second time.Service here was amazing, just as wonderful as the first time. Not to mention the food, which is absolutely to die for. I would highly recommend their famous garlic caesar salad, definitely my favourite thing on the menu!

amazing! we had a table of 10 which included 4 children. the food was great and the service we received was top notch. We all received our food at the same time and were able to eat together which doesn't happen often with other restaurants. I would definitely go back. ****

We would like to thank Peter and his wonderful staff for their hospitality and amazing food. We had 17 boys aged 13 along with parents and coaches for a group of over 40 people. The food was delicious, large portions and very fresh. They were very accommodating to us pre-ordering from their large menu. Excellent Caesar salad. Lots of garlic. Lots of great meals.

My family and I used to eat at this restaurant when we lived in the area. In fact, it was my children's favourite place and they often asked to go there. It had been over 20 years since we had eaten there when my daughter happened to be in the area and suggested we meet for dinner. This eatery still offers a large range of entrees, but now includes gluten free pizza, too. We had a wonderful meal, reminiscing about the years that had passed since we had been there. Staff is friendly, and there is plenty of parking. Ambience is calm and family friendly.
